Backup failed with Java Exception in Hana

Here , I Explained about backup failed with Java Exception and the Backup error FLOW-11019 Failure in DbState.

Case Study - We are getting backup failed issue frequently  due to  FLOW-11019: Failure in DbState: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:com.sap.dbtech.rte.comm.RTEException.

workaround for this error -

Step 1:
Look for the ssc server :
ps -ef | grep ssc

Step 2:
Then kill -9 processID ( affected ssc server)

Step 3:
Start again using /etc/init.d/ssc_server start

Step 4:
Then login to Backup scheduler server and run backup command  from Tool.

Backup successfully completed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
